Student-led Non-Profit Association Collects New and Slightly Used Sporting Equipment for Underprivileged Youth
Montclair, New Jersey, January 27th, 2020 – Donate Sports, a new non-profit association based in Montclair, NJ, focuses on providing sports equipment to underprivileged youth across New Jersey.
Donate Sports is currently working with Team Walker, a Jersey City-based non-profit, to provide collected sports equipment to the youth of Jersey City. Following a successful collection drive at Montclair Kimberley Academy, the collection drive has been extended until Feb. 17. Donations of any new and very gently used equipment will be accepted and given directly to students in need. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange a collection drop off.
About Donate Sports:
Donate Sports is a nonprofit association that brings the joy of sports to kids in the inner city and low-income areas across the United States. The organization is looking to partner with schools, churches, YMCAs and other organization to collect used or slightly worn gear. The organization hopes to provide kids access to items they cannot afford on their own, either individually or as a sports team.
